Fodmap for frequency
I was having 3-4 bowel movements every morning all quite loose after a period of antibiotics. This carried on for 7 months. Now it has settled but I still get it once or twice a week. I'm fed up as there seems to be no logic to it.
For myself I have IBS -C. I have gotten over my symptoms by following the lowfodmap diet as best I can but not 100%(mostly lactose and gluten I stay away from). I also take probiotics and a foodgrade powder called diatinatious earth which you can get at health food stores and it is AMAZING. I also had animia and I found taking iron helps a lot with my health as well as digestion. Hope tgat helps 😊
