Some good stuff here but some suggestions not good for ibs sufferers. tea,seeds,nuts.

I've had ibs d for over 15 years and it seems this diet is good for me. Teas are very natural and don't have to contain caffeine. You can make it with your own herbs it's very soothing to your gut. :-) everyone is different it's just about a horrible journey of trial and error but stay off gluten it's not good for anybody
