Water

I seem to get wind and bloating after drinking water. I've noticed this for a while but thought it impossible as water is suppose to help with wind. Does anybody else have the same problem

I think this is pretty normal as the water might displace or cause the passing of gas... Belching especially... At least for me..

Probarbly an odd question, but do you drink the water through a straw? As this can cause gas and bloating. X

No. Straight from the glass, but I think I prob drink too much at once - taking very long drinks. Today I haven't drunk very much & what I have drunk, I have sipped small amounts. Seems to be easier today.

Yeah, thats a good idea, i'd Try getting a pint of water& make it last four or more hours by taking little sips. X

A colleague gets bloated and sick drinking the tap water at work. At home she has no issues. Do you notice a change if it's tap or bottled?

Sometimes I feel I swallow more air when drinking water and stomach feels bloated immediately, difficult to know what to do.
