Sharp Pain in Left Rib cage,shoulder and collar bone

Hi

This is samia from Bangladesh.I have a sharp pain in my rib cage which flows to the collarbone and some times in left neck.Some times i feel less energy in my left hand also.This pain is developing in severe in day by day.Can someone tell about this condition. My husband says that it may be for the acidity problem.Tomorrow i am planning to go to Dr.Plz someone share something on this issue

is there be any heart related pain or anything else this pain flows to my collar bone then back side.After some days it disappears but not completely.I am afraid of this.
