Bloating and pain under left rib.

Hi all. Does anyone suffer pain under left rib and bloating? Can sometimes sound a bit gurgle. Also feel as though back passage is blocked. πŸ˜“πŸ˜© Any answers would be much appreciated. X.

Yes and yes , no real answers I'm afraid just trial and error, more recently I've been eating a bit of salad ,Tommy's, celery ,etc but i know , their one of my triggers but also I'll risk it if I feel blocked ,Ibs, is a horrible complaint isn't it , but hopefully someone with a better idea might be more helpful ,good luck I hope you feel better soon , I'll watch your replies with interest .

Yes, not sure what makes it disappear.....exercise, plenty of water not too much alcohol.

Thanks for your reply. It's just so awful πŸ˜– I do eat a lot of fresh veg salad etc. Also, too much can make it worse. Hooe everyone keeps as well as they can. πŸ’–

Yes can relate to those symptoms. I was diagnosed with SIBO , (I also have IBS) and having been on SCD diet(still not eating much fibre carbs or brasicca veg, my worse enemy😠) and taking natural antibiotics feeling 100 % better. I found gentle massage on abdomen clockwise helped when I was bad. Constipation made it worse too so good to deal with that.

Yes that sounds familar...i usually use a hot water bottle on there asap...it helps...usually it best to avoid onions/potatoes/meat/fried food/sugar/cheese/dairy milk/all high fod maps foods really... when you get that pain ,try and deep breathe.... also after eating ,allow 15 minutes then then stand up and gently walk,this moves things along...don't get constipated ...also drinking hot water will soothe your tummy in these attacks...no tea no coffee no alcohol...deep breathing and hot water...ok hope it improves...
