After suffering with bloating, fatigue and constipation for 3 weeks straight i went to see an allergist. I also have other problems due to hormonal imbalance. Anyway it turned out i was intolerant to sugar, dairy, yeast and caffeine . She recommended i cut all these out for a month take multi vitamin and vit c and drink more water. I was really good for 3 weeks and bloating went down and felt loads better. I have been naughty recently and noticed im back to bloat , exhausted and craving carbs again.
Verdict is there could be a yeast build up in some of you who share my symptoms and if u can cut out foods with it in and down more water ,you should feel heaps better if you stick to new regime. I'm back on it after weekend. x

Hi. I went to a woman called abigail langstone recommended to me by clients. She tested me for 100,s of known culprits that cause allergies, even my organs and vitamin/mineral deficiencies. I suspected yeast was a problem and sugar and notice a big difference when i cut down. It is hard to stick to it but if i do it most of the time i feel better. Worth a try anyway.
I don't know if allergy tests are very reliable
You could do your own intolerance tests by eliminating one food group at a time, ie dairy, for at least 2/3 weeks
You could also keep a food/bowel movement/bloating diary to see if there is any improvement
I guess i need the feedback. I have tried a food diary and it is a good idea if you are able to persist. Having just read about yeast overload in the body and symptoms ,i did wonder if that could be a cause for some other people on here. Thanks for your input though.
