Vitamin D3??

After reading an article about how taking Vitamin D3 had irradicated a woman's IBS -D symptoms, I was wondering if anyone else has tried this and it has helped them? I also have an underactive thyroid which can also make you Vit D deficient. I am getting so desperate that I am willing to try anything so please share if you have tried this. Many thanks.

I haven't tried it, but it sounds interesting. Looking forward to seeing if you get any replies. I too have a slightly underactive thyroid.
