Hi, I dont have supplementsl if I need it I would normally taje it by upping

my fibre intake, I do eat rather a lot and because I take immodium which

gums up the works as it were' I take extra fibre in the hope that things will

go smoothly, they rarely do. As you are pregnant I think I would as at the

clinic or maybe ask your GP.

Hope you get a solution.

I use Fybogel, for constipation, but have also heard of people taking it for diarrhea.

My suggestion is to talk to your GP, before trying anything, especially as you are pregnant, Good luck Jacqueline59

I took fibagel for a few months, definitely helped but then seemed to stop so doctor has put me on something else and fodmap diet, soluble fibre worth a try if ok while pregnant and maybe try fodmap diet x

I started using Lepocil for IBS D. It hasn't been a miracle cure, but there has been an improvement. As my diet is low in fibre, because it sets the D off, I decided to try to get some soluble fibre in. It also contains probiotics which can help IBS.
