Good News - so nice to hear that Low FODMAP is working for you. It worked for me too although I didn't identify any particular foods that give me my symptoms. I now know that if I have a 'blip' I just go back ti Low FODMAP foods. Happy Days!!!!!
Hi .i did low FODMAPS and discovered onions and garlic are triggers for me . So experiment . I continue with a more or less FODMAPS diet and ,touch wood ,am better if not 100percent better than before . Not sure about celery but on occasions have suspected it .
I wouldn't take a chance. Although I might take a chance on garlic. I ate pizza yesterday--mistake! Back to the regime. I didn't want to take time to buy a plain burger and eat it off the bun. Fast food dilemma, but I was still early to my appointment and had to stand around after waiting half an hour for my ride. Hurry up and wait and have a night of pain! oh, well, live and learn--I hope

Interesting to me that I run an in home day care, and have 7 grd kds... I carry food, dronks, meds for everyone else and keep forgeting about me...
Working on that after my last 4 hour experience huddled in excruciating
pain from eating broccoli in the run
