i have a servere pain under my right side rib cage also i have been have shooting pain ion the left side of neck

I suggest you see your doc on this as pain under the right rib could be gallstones.

I agree with rogerbear - go and see your doctor about both. He might send you to a physio about your neck and rib pain as one or both could all be coming from your back...or it could be an organ problem like gall stones that is referring the pain. Think about for each problem - when did it start, did they start together and if so was there a trigger e.g.fall/car accident/sickness bug or has it crept up on you and is getting slowly worse? Is there anything that makes either worse or feel better and when are symptoms worse/better e.g. am/pm/night and does the pain come and go and does movement make it worse and which movements??? The more info you can give the Dr will help him/her decide where to send you for further tests. Good Luck.
