I'm new here i havevthe above and I have polymyalgia and have developed acid reflex. Taken steroids for over a year. Had a terrible lweek it was agony. Have omasaprone - taken for 14 months as stomach protection from steroids and buscupan. It has eased.
I cant establish what to eat. Told nothing hot, no tea and bland. Can anyone help.
