as my reflux is bad at night. In the last couple of weeks! I have been getting stomach ache ( abdominal pain) not cramps a general discomfort. not unlike period pain ( I am 66 so not that ) Could that the acid reflux or is it more likely to be a resurgence of ibs symptoms getting slight nausea sometimes but mainly stomach pain which is making me feel generally unwell.

Anyone any ideas? A bit fed up.
