You'll see references on this wesite to types D, C and A. All this means is IBS which is predominantly diarrhoea or constipation or alternating between the two.

There are loads of symptoms related to IBS, some people experience only a few whilst others cop the lot.

Well, only you can answer that! Do you have diarrhoea, constipation or a mix of both?

Well, my advice is to go and talk to your GP about your problems, you should have some tests done to make sure that it's IBS for definite. Everything else must be ruled out first.
