Should I wait to see a haematologist to stop my Xarelto?
Tomorrow I finish my 3 month course of
Xarelto
. I’m looking for some advice and experiences. I’m wondering in the interim between today and seeing the haematologist, which is 7 days, should I continue my
Xarelto
20mg? I have a lots of medication left, as they over compensated with my supply.

Rivaroxaban or Warfarin?
What are the pros and cons of Warfarin against
Xarelto
(rivaroxaban)? I’ve been on
Xarelto
for 3 years and I’ve had skin issues constantly and dizziness which I think are side effects of it?

Bah humbug - or the PMR Grinch's xmas...
He is on a NOAC (anti-coagulant drug) called rivaroxaban/
Xarelto
and they discovered that this drug, supposedly not requiring any monitoring, was at about 10 times the level it should be in his blood! No wonder there was some bleeding!

Advice Needed for Heart Rate Monitoring During Exercise
Am on
Xarelto
as a blood thinner, but no other heart rhythm meds. (Was on Amiodarone about a year ago for about 5 months but am doing everything I can now to avoid it.) Also have totally screwed up thyroid (thanks, Amiodarone!) that the endocrinologist is working to get resolved.

ANITA5858 - HEART RATE
I also take Sinopren 10 and
Xarelto
. I feel the Sotahexal is blocking my heart too much. Does anybody know if one can take
Xarelto
every 2nd day. A little bump on my forearms is bleeding under the skin and it looks terrible. I am worried.

Post ablation arrhythmia-early days
Prescribed
Xarelto
anti coagulant which caused severe anaemia from internal bleeding, blood and iron transfusions followed, I am now taking Eliquis and recommended for an ablation. For 8 months my heart has been very settled with just very very occasional small episodes of chaotic rhythm.

Anticoagulants
Pradaxa (dabigatran),
Xarelto
(rivaroxaban), Eliquis (apixaban), and most recently Savaysa (edoxaban) Unlike warfarin, the newer drugs are, it says, safer and easier for patients to use. I wonder if any of you are on any of these and what you feel may be the best replacement to wafarin.

Xarelto source
Has anyone ever tried
Xarelto
from Turkey.? The price is much lower than
Xarelto
from other countries but I don't know what the difference is. It is available from mail order.

Blood thinner - Anita5858
So I have decide to rather go on
Xarelto
20mg. BUT this tablet has no antidote. Reading all the side effects like stomach ulcers perforated and bleeding intestines (I have a very sensitive digestive system) , bleeding of gums and nose and many many more, I am very very worried.

Mixing Aspirin With Rivaroxaban
I have to say that I felt better in every way when I was taking aspirin for my arthritis, but they made me stop taking it when I started on the Rivaroxaban (
Xarelto
). From these articles, it seems like it is safe if you keep a close eye out for any stomach problems, etc.

GP refusing Xarelto
I am so pissed off !! As you know nearly four years ago I was very lucky to be here after having both my lungs full of blood clots, I've been on blood thinners ever since and was told I would be on them indefinitely. Tried to order my new month prescription yesterday and they said oh there's a problem

Anyways I’m not on
Xarelto
I went back to the er because I had some pain on my side and it was nothing they did a cat scan and the clots were GONE !!? I’ve never had clots before and no family history of them ...could it had come from the tummy tuck surgery ?

My stats related to episodic AF: Carvedilol x 8 years, Flecainide since March ‘18 &
Xarelto
. I’m 69 years old. Ablation was done on July 9th and I went for followup with the EP earlier this week.
