NSAIDs
For example, I read that for some taking
Vitamin
D
sets off Afib so I did a trial of
Vitamin
D
, taking literally a baby dose. Sure enough, Afib within the hour. So no
Vitamin
D
supplements for me, unfortunately. Thank you so much!

Supplements and testing.
Hi, I have been taking
Vitamin
D
and Folic Acid as my last blood test showed they were both very low. I am due to retest and I am not sure, should I stop taking the supplements before I retest or is it okay to carry on taking them. Thank you in advance for any help.

Vitamin D
Good afternoon, I have been asked by my gp to take an over the counter B vitamin supplement that contains at least 400mcg of folic acid. I managed to buy Thorne Basic B complex with folate but I am finding the tablets difficult to swallow because of their size. Can anyone recommend another brand of vitamin

Newbie and confused. Functional B12 deficiency?
Vitamin
D
was 97 nmol/L (50 - 250). Anti nuclear antibodies test was negative. Intrinsic factor antibodies test was negative. I am aware that false negatives are common.

thyroid?cortisol?
hello everyone , I’m writing from France, where information about thyroid/adrenals correlation are quite inexistants , as well as doctors aware of. One year ago I’ve been diagnostics of secondary hypothyroidism (TSH 0,6 FT4 7,9 range 9,2-17) FT3 2,5 range 2-4,4). At the ecography my gland is small

Depressed
so I recently had a therapy session in which my therapist said that low
vitamin
d
levels can cause anxiety attacks and depression? I don’t know if I believe that’s I am low on
vitamin
b and
d
and took those vitamins on and off and don’t recall them helping me.
