Multivitamins
I mainly use Healthspan for vitamins. Although use Ethical Nutrition for Magnesium Taurate.Their multivitamins sound a good fit for me as would save having to take vit D3 separately BUT I'm on apixaban and the daily dose contains 50 mg turmeric. Rooting about on line I understand curcumin is a small

Shall I raise my Levo
I’ve been on 115mcg of T4 now for around 3 months. For one month I did the carnivore/keto diet with a little T3 but it was so hard to stick to. I’ve been eating normally again with no T3 now for about 2-3 weeks. My levels are still quite low so I’m thinking of going up to 125mcg per day does this sound

Help with supplements please
On the advice of greygoose who has said that my B12 is dangerously low despite being in the "normal" range, I'm posting to ask how I should be supplementing and what brands of supplements people recommend. This is on the basis that whilst my energy levels are slightly improved on the levo, my neurological

A frequent query is about the effect of pills and how one might interact with another. The usual advice is to read the leaflet and check with one's pharmacist or GP. On occasion I've suggested that Googling and consulting

Poor GP response for years!
Hello. First time poster here Long story short I have been taking Levothyroxine for around 8 years and within this time I have had a constant battle with my GP to manage my symptoms. Unfortunately I have found that it does depend on which GP you get as to whether they will increase Levothyroxine.

BC pharmacare not paying for romosozumab
I am from BC Canada. My GP gave me a prescription for romosozumab/Evenity. I have 6 fractures of the spine the last few months and treating lymphoma also. I've been told by pharmacy that I would have to pay full price $666 per month till my $2,000 deductible is filled and then pharma care does not

Thyroid Lab Error
I've had thyroid disorder now for many years and it's been well managed. Now I'm pregnant and getting tested every month. I had a weird experience where my tested my TSH as 4.8 (0.4-4). That raised alarm bells so I went to a private clinic to get full blood work (FT3, FT4, vitamins and minerals etc.)
