Any pearls of wisdom
On last day of tablets but having to still do
Ventolin
every 4 hours (10) haven't been able to stretch it out. Allergy confirmed to house dust mite. I tried to make my bedroom as dust free and pollen free as possible.

Bronchiectasis after moving to Malta
Still
ventolin
but increased steroid puffer and also new medicine Bromhexine. Immediate additional prescription for a pneumonia jab. The only downer is that my lung function tests said that I had the lungs of a 90 year old (not good as I am only 63).

Hashimotos and asthma treatments
I've been prescribed a brown "preventer" inhaler and a
ventolin
inhaler. I'm on a 6 week trial of these to see if there's any improvement and I'm having a chest x-ray tomorrow.

Suddenly last June I started getting problems, and used

Can you be allergic to Levosalbutamol
I have was given the isomeric form of
Ventolin
to avoid the racing heart feeling. I have been on it (Levosalbutamol) since my asthma flared on April 3rd. This morning I saw wheal and flare bumps all over my upper arm, with itching. I reached for 50mg of Prednisone and swallowed it.

Asthma help - is this asthma?
Ventolin
inhalers never provide relief. Tend to make me jittery. Can't remember if steriod inhalers ever helped years ago Used to take omeprazole - don't want to again. Can't remember if it helped breathlessness.

Running with asthma; and the kindness of strangers ☺🙏
Fortunately the
Ventolin
started to kick in and I was left sitting on a handy mounting block, wheezing, coughing, spluttering, dribbling and coughing up a lung, as you do - not attractive - when someone approached to check if I was okay.

Should Ventolin inhalers have counters?
Just wondering why my
Ventolin
inhalers never have a counter, when from reading many different inhalers do. Is this just down to cost? Seems very stingy to me. I end up with several inhalers in different states of full//empty.

Peakflow and colds (newbie question)
Should I just ride it out and keep using the Spiromax and
Ventolin
as needed? I’m hoping once this cold goes away my peakflow should go back up? Probably stupid questions, sorry. A x

Getting COPD diagnosed
For last 2 years have been using prescribed Anoro Elipta inhaler once a day (instead of
Ventolin
and brown inhaler) and this seems to help loosen mucus but my voice is croakey. I have a cough and am often out of breath.

Should I get off the steroids
Then had a chat with the gp about inhalers as I was using
ventolin
several times a day. I had seen that some asthma sufferers were on seritide without it giving them the shakes as some of the other combi inhalers so I mentioned it and the gp put me on it. 25/125.

Just to say Hi Newbie here.
Hi I have been a long term asthmatic and I was wondering if people could recommend a light weight portable nebuliser going on holiday soon and was wondering which was the best for
ventolin
and serevent nebules . If you have any experience with them good or bad let me know.
