Ok i tried the drugs well Montelusk, singular, predneslone , phylocontin all a disaster tried diets maybe only for 2 or 3 weeks

Went to hospital professors well getting worse and worse tried a herbalist waste of time tried drinking water giving up bread eating veg

Steadily getting worse over the past year puffing symbicort400 4 times a day each time 2 puffs plus a few shots of Ventolin.

So tried Himalayan salt and water and its only day 3 but I FEEL BETTER

For the first time in a long time i feel like the breaths are doing me good I can feel my lungs working not just kind of there, at work today i did a bit of pulling and tearing and felt ok

I only puffed this morning and not since then still coughed a bit but felt good .

So pinch of salt back of tongue and let it dissolve 5 mins later start drinking water do this 3 or 4 times a day see how it goes

Its day 3 it just might work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my salt in Tesco

Isn't it great when you find something that helps! Breathing salt air has been recommended for respiratory conditions for many years (centuries?) It does seem to help damp down inflammation for some people, such as yourself.

Never heard of putting it on tongue which might not be good for anyone with heart conditions or high blood pressure, but using it for gargling can help sore throats. Hope that you continue to maintain your improved health. As always with alternative medicine they are suitable for some people but not everyone.
