Improvement or the amount of expiratory prior to
ventolin
?? She really wouldn’t elaborate !!! I also have a diagnosis of mild TBM on CT - not confirmed on bronchoscopy but she says this maybe because If the collapse is in smaller bronchi it wouldn’t show on bronchoscopy!!!

Trimbow worries
I not only got no relief but my breathing was worse and I took a puff of
Ventolin
and have just taken another as my breathing still feels laboured. Do you think I should give the Trimbow up now or try it again tonight? Thank you.

Help Needed with spirometry results?
The fvc is 1.76 & 66%, fev1 is 0.72 & 32% & the ratio is 55% after
ventolin
it is fvc 2.22 & 87%, fev1 is 0.96 & 45% & the ratio is 55% So as you can see, quite dire results.

I was a naughty asthmatic over Christmas and took the principle of ‘its Christmas’ to cover my abuse of home nebuliser (by Boxing Day I needed 6 nebs a day, plus
ventolin
to top up at 3hr Mark, as well as 4 fexofenadine a day and pred 35mg - i won’t go to 40 unless I’m made too).

Hi Everyone Thank you so much for all your responses, what a fantastic bunch of people we have on here. Sit rep, I don't have enough breath to use powder inhaler, my inhaler is cfc free, and I think that is when I first noticed a difference, however, having now washed my inhalers, seems to be more effective

Please I need help with my sister's chest pains. What do we do?
After using her antihypertensives and a
ventolin
inhaler she got better though we didn't know if she was asthmatic. Following the attack, she started having these chest pains, majorly left sided. Sometimes spreading to her left arm/upper back. We did an ecg test and a chest x ray showing nothing.

chest tightness
My rescue inhaler
ventolin
does not help with the tightness and my peak flow meter reading stays in the green. I'm starting to think maybe the chest tightness is not from asthma and wondering if I should be exploring some kind of Reflux or even a hiatal hernia.
