If your pumps aren’t working and you’re struggling to breathe, call an ambulance and go to hospital.follow your asthma plan if you have one. Remember you can take 10 ventolin puffs whilst you’re waiting as they equivalent of a nebuliser

Thanks a lot. Am ok now. Got to the hospital, got some treatments and my clenil was replaced with seretide. Hope this will work better for the long term.

I agree with Lot1944, get a meds review with your specialist team. They definitely need to monitor your ongoing reaction to Seretide to ensure it's the right combo inhaler for you.

There are other combo inhalers so careful monitoring will ensure you get the right one.

Good luck & I hope you continue to improve.

Glad you are mending. Now is the time to seek an appraisal with the respiratory team and they will consider your meds and tell your doc exa tly what to prescribe

Hopefully your nhs trust has a respiratory team. Enquire of your doc or your local hospital. To give you an idea Google Sefton respiratory team, your trust hopefully has similar. Remember you can go outside of your trust if need be,if you get stuck ask if your ,local hospital has a respiratory nurse and speak with her.

These sort of facilities are available and are a godsend especially the home visit schemes. Over 15 years I have had to scream and shout because even family docs do not advise what is available.

Not what you're looking for?
