Use of Ventolin inhaler
I am on Nebivolol , Simvastatin and Warfarin is it ok to use a Ventolin inhaler.? Recently I have had a chest infection, cough etc and found that a puff from my inhaler helped me to be able to cough up gunk instead of just coughing unproductively for ages and ending up with no voice and a sore throat

I have a home neb and ventolin nebules for occasional emergency use only. I currently have a troublesome dry asthma cough and burning sensation in my upper airways that some of you have described. Also my chest feels a bit tight despite taking salbutamol. I am not wheezing and my chest is clear. I was

I had to change doctors on moving to my latest home! The previous month I’d gone for my usual respiratory check with my nurse at old surgery! She asked if I would try a different inhaler‘Trimbow’ saying many surgeries in the area were trialling it! I agreed. After doing usual tests said readings were

Lesson learnt
After 7 day course of prednisolone, rang asthma UK helpline for advice on day 7 as I wasn't completely better. Advised to contact my doctors late afternoon after 5pm and explain my situation. Getting old sucks...!!!!!
I will turn 74 in April....and in May last year, after a generally, very healthy life, became pretty unwell, landed up in A&E - and was eventually diagnosed with Late Adult Onset Asthma and Mild Airways Disease. That seemingly proved difficult to get under control, however eventually, with the help

Help Needed with spirometry results?
Cutting a very long story short. Never smoked, weight always been ok, except maybe needing to lose 1/2 stone, always exercised. Since my 30’s lungs sensitive to smoke, perfume, chemicals etc. Allergic to dust/cats as is quite usual, Had chronic cough for years but cleared up once I gave up gluten (!!

Trimbow worries
Hello everyone, I was changed from Spiriva Respimat/Fostair to Trimbow which I started taking this morning. I not only got no relief but my breathing was worse and I took a puff of Ventolin and have just taken another as my breathing still feels laboured. Do you think I should give the Trimbow up
