Brief related history is 20 years of low t4 and low normal
tsh
and on and off a couple of trials of Levo but other health problems got in the way and then GPs certainly wouldn't put me back on it because blood test says 'normal'!!

Does anyone have 'Central Hypothyroidism'? Where your TSH is undetectable?
My T3 is low to mid range, T4, well under the normal range and
TSH
0.01. As a result, my endocrinologist will not increase my T3 despite there being scope to do so, because my
TSH
is almost undetectable.

Help with understanding my TSH levels from blood tests
As the latest
TSH
is just under range, and the private test was low, end of range, does this mean I need to up or lower the dose. Thank you.

Abnormally cold!
The GP only tested Serum
TSH
which came back normal at 1.5 miu/l (range 0.3-5.00) so my worry seems to have been dismissed. Is this result misleading? Do I need to request more tests and if so what would they be? I am 72 and on 75mcg levothyroxine daily - had one lobe removed many years ago.

The condition after 2.5 years on NDT
My current test results:
TSH
- 0.0104 (0.35-4.9) Т4 - 10.21 (9-19.05) Т3 - 3.89 (2.43-6.01) Looks like it's not enough T3 and especially T4. So I would like to ask how do you think whether it's the normal situation and should I add something?

Headache on Metavive - but improved blood results
TSH
0.73 (0.27-4.2) (previously 1.59) FT3 5.5 (3.1-6.8) (previously 4.3) FT4 11.8 (12-22) (previously 10.4) However, I’ve been getting horrible headaches and have put it down to the Metavive I. Can anyone advise if a change in type/brand of glandular might resolve this please?

To my disbelief my
tsh

Blood Test for vits (and thyroid)
Also should mention that my
TSH
has been suppressed for years, no doubt aided by the fact I have no thyroid gland as it was removed 42 years ago! Thank you in advance for your help!
