Not so subclinical hypothyroidism
FT4 similar but I was previously told -ve for antibodies, as only
TPO
tested but the other antibodies they tested are positive so not so good .... This test included cortisol which is also high, but I guess could be stress of trying to do the blood test, or work?

Blood test results
TPO
....334 kU/L (0-30) - Results came through today and they have given me an appointment to follow up on this result. On the phone conversation with GP regarding Vit D she also mentioned my liver function was borderline. I don't know if this has anything to do with all this as well?

Fluctuating Antibodies???
My problem is that I’ve done blue Horizon test and I was positive for TG antibodies but negative for
TPO
. But when the NHS tested the same antibodies about 1-2 weeks later they were both negative.

Help with latest bloods?
Following a blood test where I was advised I had high
TPO
antibodies I saw a private endo, blood showed hashimotos however he said blood indicating I was likely to go overactive although symptoms suggest underactive.

Has anyone tried low dose naltrexone? How did it go for you?
Apparently it can lower
TPO
antibodies, which in my case, even after removing gluten, dairy and soy, are very high (960). Has anyone tried this?

TPO Antibodies have risen since starting Thyrax medication...also experiencing symptoms of shortness of breath, irritability, spasms..
My
TPO
Antibodies have also risen from 2227 to 5000 since starting the Thyrax? What does this mean? Other levels have stayed exactly the same- TSH 94, also high What am I supposed to do? Is this medication not right for me or should I take more mg per day and see what that does?

Treating AI Hashi's & coming off Levo - is it possible??!
I did have to ask for the
TPO
the couple of times that I've had it tested, confirming Hashi's. Recent bloods 21/09/21: TSH 2.55mU/L, free T4 16.3 pmol/L
TPO
in August was 544iu/mL, which had increased from 398iu/mL in March (after entirely gluten free diet).

Do i have Painless Subacute Thyroiditis
Do you think, with these values, i should get serum values for Thyroglobulin, TSHR-ab given TSH, T3, T4,
TPO
-ab, Tg-ab don't seem to suggest Graves and Painful SAT. BTW, i don't have pain or lump in the neck.
