B12 normal but folate low normal
I got bloods done and discovered he has
TPO
antibodies, and that started the route to endocrinology and hypothyroidism. He’s now started medication However his most distressing symptom is the memory issue.

Different ranges - confusing
TPO
antibodies are also above range but different on Medichecks.

Links between Dyslexia (short term memory issues) and Hypothyroidism. Italian study with dyslexic children showing 60% had TPO antibodies
-Ab positivity was significantly higher in subjects with developmental dyslexia compared to controls (60.8% vs. 2.9%, p < 0.001),
while no significant difference was found in TG-Ab positivity (16% vs. 5.8%).

Antibodies for Hashis
Good morning all, I have often seen it mentioned (mostly by SlowDragon that a significant minority of Hashis sufferers only have high TG antibodies rather than
TPO
. Also, some never have raised antibodies at all. Is there any research paper available concerning this please?

On long NDT (ERFA) trial, latest test results, any thoughts on these would be helpful.
Since having Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies in 2017 over 900 IU/ml and Thyroglobulin Antibodies over 200 IU/ml both have consistently come down to now Tga is in range and
Tpo
is almost in range too. Any thoughts on what this means if anything?!

curious to hear anyones thoughts on a Hashi’s turned Graves dilemma
hashi’s three years (
tpo
180/ t4 8 on diagnosis). Graves confirmed one year ago, Trab 4.5, t4/T3 over range. Carbimazole started and reduced as levels very quickly dropped, also ted . Carb eventually down to 1.25 per day, but still dropping free T’s and raising TSh even at such a minute amount.

Dose increase and RT3
I have Hashimoto's (
TPO
is currently around 300 and I do not have TGab antibodies). Vitamin D, B12 and iron are all looking good. Still working on Ferritin levels. Naturopath has had me on herbal adrenal support for almost a year which (according to saliva testing) appears to have been helpful.

Help with lab results
My results came back:
TSH
: .05 (.4 - 4.5 mlU/L)
Free T4
: .1 (.8 - 1.8 ng/dL)
Free T3
: 3.8 (2 - 4.4 pg/mL)
Total T3
: 129 (71 - 180 mg/dL)
An RDL generally runs a bit high around 12 - but we didn't test this particular time.

Hashimoto’s?
Ferritin within normal range, TSH all Normal at 1.99 and my T4 is 14.2 BUT I had to beg for antibody tests from my GP and my
TPO
is 324! Does this mean I could have Hashimoto’s / Hypothyroidism or be subclinical? I’m desperate for some answers so I can feel better and get my energy back.

I don't understand my goiter
Hello, 33 year old male with goiter since he was about 20, had two ultrasounds, blood tests, tried many things: - Very good balance sheets: TSH within the optimal standards, T3 and T4 within the standards, lnferior Anti
TPO
- Perfect blood test for the rest (CRP etc...) - No hypothyroidism - No hyperthyroidism
