mixing different t3 meds
Now when my thyroid worsened, tsh went from 0 to 4,5, anti
TPO
increased and anti TG appeared though never had them before, ft4 at lowest and ft3 aroung middleof the range. I am well supported by HC now and can start slowly increasing my t3, im on 30 mcg per day now. Which is considered very low.

Pituitary? Advice please!
(0.9 - 2.5)
TPO
is normal. As far as I understand it, TSH and T4/T3 have an inverse relationship. (TSH goes up when T4 is low and the other way round). So why would they ALL be low? Her GP isn't concerned about this. These test results are from before taking any T4/T3.

are hot flushes associated with hypothyroidism?
I’m in the process of being investigated for hypothyroidism, after a couple of private blood tests, most recent showing TSH of 5.06 mIU/l, free T3 of 3.9 pmol/l, free T4 14.3 pmol/l,
TPO
Ab 41.7 kIU/l My GP has been very supportive and has me booked for these tests to be repeated on the NHS to confirm

Repeated Thyroid Test
I live in Spain and the test I am referring seems to measure TSH,
TPO
and TG. The results are pretty similar to the previous ones, higher TSH and
TPO
, but lower TG I think. You can see at the top the doctor or analyst has put SUBCLINICAL HYPERTHYROIDISM.

Trying to make sense of thyroid ultrasound
I explained to the doctor what I've been through the last few months, that I have
TPO
antibodies, thyroid hormones fluctuating etc. finally I found someone who knew what Hashimotos is! But, he's not an endocrinologist so I'm guessing he can't diagnose me with that.

The uptake results are in... and more confusion
My antibody tests last year were
TPO
13.20 (0.0-34) and TRAb <1.10. The hospital is already pushing for RAI which I'm hesitant about if it's Graves. So the question is does the above suggest Graves without the antibodies, or something else? Many Thanks

A better appointment today!
Especially with having a
TPO
level at 1274ui/ml" He was then amazed and then asked why nobody has done a full blood work-up on me for over 8 months.

Hypothyroidism symptoms, in range results, potential next steps?
The results do seem in range however with the near upper range
TPO
Ab and my assumed Goitre development it does still feel like thyroid issues are the most likely source of my issues.

Advice
One of the blood test done was for
TPO
antibodies with were 78 which apparently had been at around this mark since 2021 at least. Outside the range but not Hashimoto level.
