Dry Mouth
I have recently changed to
Teva
levothyroxine
and have developed a very dry mouth. What brand would I take to avoid this problem.

advice if possible please
I cannot have
TEVA
brand
Levothyroxine
due to adverse affects. Does anyone know if that will be the case for TEVA brand citalopram (anti depressant)? Should I avoid TEVA brand for that too?

Do I risk taking T3 medication?
He explained that
Teva
had been ordered to temporarily suspend its production of
levothyroxine
due to an irregularity in the formula.

I'm feeling mostly ok taking 75mg and 100mg
Levothyroxine
(
Teva
- changing brands seems to give me problems) on alternate days but still get days feeling cold and fogged up. From the tests I see that D and B12 are both quite low though I take supplements for both.

Weak Legs (caused by medication fillers?)
I did take
Teva
Levothyroxine
some years ago and had to change to another brand and it was all fine after changing. Have been taking Thybon Henning for 2 years (Liothyronine) and, whilst not as bad symptom wise, I now cannot walk more than 3 miles (used to do 10 - 15 mile hikes!)

TEVA V’s Accord
I have read quite a few posts about Accord being better tolerated by most than
TEVA
brand
levothyroxine
. I was on
TEVA
25mcg and then went up to 50mcg finished the remaining TEVA as I was splitting the dose.

Accord
Has anyone had any side effects with Accord
Levothyroxine
100? I have always had
Teva
but recently I was given Accord. I have been having a few problems and wondered if it could be due to the change in make. Any help would be gratefully received.

Teva 25 microgram levothyroxine
We have had a few posts saying there are difficulties getting hold of
Teva
25 microgram
levothyroxine
. Has anyone contacted
Teva
UK and asked what the situation is? https://www.tevauk.com/contact-us/ Sometimes issues are transient - for example, a slight delay on a shipment.

Teva levothyroxine
I was sent the TEVA brand of thyroxine last year after always having accord . I have read that TEVA has mannitol instead of lactose in the ingredients . Since taking TEVA I have had swollen wrists and strange bloating symptoms . I asked to go back on the accord brand and the symptoms seem to be subsiding

Terrible reflux on Teva levothyroxine...help!
Hi, I have just started 50mg of
Levothyroxine
(
teva
). I have subclinical hypothyroidism with TPO antibodies. I took the tablets as advised on an empty stomach but they are causing terrible reflux symptoms. I persevered for 2 weeks but have had to stop taking them.

On a second look he noticed my TSH was at 11 so he put me on 50 mg of
Levothyroxine
(
teva
brand ). Ive never had a weight gain issue and actually lost a stone when I started taking medication. I’ve since put a half a stone back on thankfully.

Sourcing levothyroxine without prescription in the UK
If anybody knows how to reliably source
levothyroxine
(I use
Teva
as I need lactose-free), could you private message me (not answer in the forum) please, as per forum rules. Admin - I have read the post about sourcing from recommendations and avoiding scammers. Many thanks

I showed results to my gp who ordered further tests and then offered a trial of
levothyroxine
in May 2023. I take
TEVA
50mcg
levothyroxine
tabs. (edited to add dose in) I take them in the early hours of the morning (3am-ish) with just water.

Any members having issues with sourcing
Teva
Levothyroxine
and being sent Accord instead. I have returned them to chemist and on a hunt at that moment to try and source from various chemists.

Mixing levothyroxine brands - Almus and Teva
As I continue to be symptomatic and my TSH has risen to 2.03 my GP has agreed to a trial increase in dose from 100mcg to 125mcg. I’ve picked up my prescription for the additional 25mcg and noticed they’re a different brand. My 100mcg tablets are Almus and the new ones are Teva. Has / is anyone else
