Double whammy chemo
Was on firmagon/Xgeva , now back to Lupron just to keep the
testosterone
low - his is under 7. Zytiga did nothing He had 9 sessions of Docetaxel with Dr Tagawa -Weill Cornell- and it was a walk in the park. Only felt good.

Enzalutamide working for my dad
The oncologist said his immediate response is a very good thing and means his cancer is still
testosterone
sensitive and hopefully he can respond for a while! He will have a follow-up in 5 weeks. This journey is full of peaks and valleys!

Radium-223 in Clinical Practice. Video
Notably, in COU-AA-301, further depletion of
testosterone
with the addition of abiraterone to prednisone approximately doubled the risk of both non-pathological fractures (5.9% vs. 2.3%) as well as pathological fractures (15.3% vs. 6.2%) compared with prednisone alone (13).

The Cause of Prostate Cancer
If

Low T
My
testosterone
was 266 in August 2016 and fell to 209 this June. That is combined with a loss of sex drive. Are there any supplements on the market that have been clinically tested to boost T? I've read reviews of many, but none mention objective lap results that show T was boosted.

Enzalutamide With Standard Therapy in Metastatic Prostate Cancer
TAKE-HOME MESSAGE •It is not known whether adding enzalutamide to
testosterone

5α-androstane-3β,17β-diol?
Anyone have any experience/knowledge on this little know
testosterone
metabolite? I'm very interested in
Testosterone
therapies these days as I slowly shrivel up from ADT Supposedly this
Testosterone
variant is anti-carcinogenic, stimulates estrogen receptor beta, and more.

Sex drive vanished on levothyroxine...
It’s been over 4 years now and His
testosterone
levels have completely vanished so it seems. Doctor keeps saying ‘going to the gym will help’... which is a sack of shit because we train 5 days a week for past 4 years and still no change. Does anybody else have this problem?

HRT
A few months ago I saw a menopause specialist privately who upped my oestrogen and added some
testosterone
. At a review last week I asked if she thought micronised progesterone could help my sleep (not terrible, but could be better) she thought it worth a try so prescribed some *whispers*.....

Testosterone, prolactin, and oncogenic regulation of the prostate gland. A new concept:
"
Testosterone
-independent malignancy is the development of prolactin-dependent malignancy!" "Consequently, both
testosterone
ablation and prolactin ablation are required to prevent and/or abort terminal hormonedependent prostate cancer." https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/30093983

LUPRRon OR ZOLADEX
and attribute this to the lack of
testosterone
and 15lbs of extra belly fat!! But I want to maximize my QOL, if something is better. I have also switched from 5mg prednisone to 0.5mg of dexamethasone to give my body a change. Have not noticed any significant differences since the switch.
