Underdosed to overdosed now confused
This was on
testosterone
/progesterone and high doses of Armour. I was still losing muscle despite lifting weights daily. I never even got sore from my workouts anymore it was like it was burning off too fast to build it. I suspected it was too much thyroid hormone and other hormones.

Erection troubles
I have used other ed meds, I have used
testosterone
topical on my arms, and used penis rings. I am a smoker and am aware that it makes it worse but honestly I have felt this way since before I smoked.

Testosterone
down to 0.7. That was 3 months ago, yesterday I received by latest blood results PSA up to 9.14 and

Testosterone

Testosterone
Free- 90.8 R35.0-155.0 - My palps have calmed a little and I think it has a lot to do with anxiety and maybe being hypo? -My functional doctor says to drop from 135mg amour to 120 mg after my last bloods a week ago to see if palps decrease.

Ebb & Flow...to eat or not to eat. Crazy diet, rising PSA, consistent weight, and what's next? (on the menu of treatments)
But this last time they showed some "upticks" or whatever they call it..and slight enlargement (as they have been mostly shrinking before this) **other than my "numbers" I have felt pretty good considering I have apps 9 or 10 for my
Testosterone
number.....and Xtandi adds and extra wollop on top of that

My post RP changes in Cholesterol and Testosterone
On
Testosterone
I don't have any pre RP data. But, at 4 months post RP 820 ng/dl and at 5 mo 935 ng/dl total-T places me at the 98-99 percentile for my age. I am reading papes that indicate a drop after RP and subsequent rise to pre RP levels. Has anyone else noticed such changes?

I think ZYTIGA has stopped working
My
Testosterone
has remained steady at 0.1 with my sex hormone binding globulin usually between 30 and 35. Calculated Free
testosterone
is 0.0. I have an appointment with my Med Onc on 19th November. I'm guessing ZYTIGA is on its last legs. Or are there some Neuroendocrine Tumors popping up?

Testosterone Level
I just received among many other blood tests, a
Testosterone
test. It was 0.16 ng/mL. Just how do I interpret this reading? I get confused regarding the ng/ml formula. Thanks everyone.

One month on Xtandi with mCRPC
Labs 2 days ago showed my PSA at 0.135 and
testosterone
at 30. What a relief! I was scheduled to get a Ga-68 PSMA PET/MRI scan at UCSF, but I although I know I still have cancer, I don’t believe my PSA is high enough for the tracer to lock on.

ore details on degarelix (Firmagon)
After a single dose (120 mg) of degarelix to support my ST-ADT in conjunction with pelvic lymph node IMRT, my
Testosterone
level is castrate (>20 ng/dl). I added this as estradiol patches were slow to get there (T = 63 after 2 weeks).

Central hypo - LH, FSH testosterone, estradiol and cortisol levels
Tests were taken around 12.30pm and I had eaten breakfast earlier in day: Prolactin 154 Oestradiol 60

Update: Experience with Estradiol patches for ADT
The first patches were generic Medicare approved and dropped my
testosterone
from over 350 to 90 within 2 weeks. When they ran out I had to order some from a (legitimate) Canadian Pharmacy and got Sandoz Estradiol Derm 100.

Looking for Citations on research around low testosterone and low thyroid related to PCa, and about TRT for PCa.
Testosterone
and thyroid are currently just below the lower limits, and have been for some time, as are WBC and RBC. Still have some residual fatigue and minor cognitive issues.

Orchiectomy rather than chemical castration?
The urologist wants to wait 3 months from now for the
testosterone
to recover and take another PSA to see if these treatments were effective. If they were not, he recommends an orchiectomy rather than chemical castration due to concern about allergic reaction to a different medicine.
