TSH Suppression
Feel well apart from the continual struggle against weight gain despite diet and exercise and high
Testosterone
problems but that is more likely to be because of PCOS. Would a Levothyroxine reduction help at all?

Why no testosterone monitoring?
I have had a couple labs and so far
testosterone
levels have not been included and I would think that would be a standard item monitored. Any thoughts? Thank you!

Future PCa in younger men.
With increasing prevalence of low
testosterone
in general population, we hypothesized that serum total
testosterone
(TT) levels will decline in AYA men.

Wellman Ultra Vit Blood Test
My husband has purchased a Wellman Ultra Vit Blood Test from Medichecks, which tests liver health, diabetes and cholesterol , thyroid,
testosterone
and various vitamins for energy and wellbeing... And I'm wondering if it should be taken after fasting?!

Muscle fatigue
On a side note I’m fairly sure my
testosterone
low (I’m female for avoidance of doubt!) and I wonder if this could be symptom. As always, TIA 😊

Does "high" Testosterone predict more serious PCa?
Here is the conclusion: "
Elevated
preoperative {total
testosterone
} levels are associated with the risk of aggressive PCA in the surgical specimen."

Next step: Jevtana or Xofigo?
As of last week, his PSA (1.08), Alk Phos (57) and
testosterone
(15) are all trending upwards in the past 2-3 months, albeit slowly and will sometimes drop, but then rise again.

Very very interesting video and article by Sanjay Gupta on the possible links between
testosterone

BAT & Abiraterone / Enzalutamide resensitization
Men receive cyclic high-dose
testosterone
injections while on ADT. IMO, BAT is best started along with ADT because it may delay CRPC indefinitely.
