First embyro transfer this morning
I had my first embryo transfer today, which was anxiety-inducing. I drank so much water but not enough, as it was a struggle to see the catheter on the monitor. Then I went back 30 minutes later, and it was a bit of a battle, which sent me into a slight panic. Luckily, she got it through. It was so emotional

In my 2ww after my FET today. Anyone else?
Today had my first frozen embryo transfer and wondering if anyone else is going through this at same time? My test date is 21st November so the waiting begins.

Lining for FET
Hi đź‘‹ I'm doing a natural FET tomorrow, my lining at ovulation was 8.6mm so well within the normal range and today I've gone in for a final scan before transfer and my lining has compacted to 6mm. I've been told this is fine and normal for the lining to compact after ovulation and when progesterone

day 6 vs day 5 blasts for FET
hi all, sorry for posting so much - just making plans for future FET. I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of or experience with day 6 blasts in FET’s? Do they have same success as day 5 blasts? I have 2 x 5BB day 6 blasts and wondering if they are still as viable as day 5’s. And if anyone

How far did your blastocysts re-expand after being thawed for a FET?
Hello 🤗 I had my FET today. I was hoping to transfer two blastocysts. However, one didn't survive the thaw (a 4bc+, day 6) as it showed fragmentation and was degenerating. The blastocyst I transferred was previously a 4bb (caremaps exb 2 2), however it wasn't fully expanded like before at transfer.

Natural cycle FET likely to be cancelled due to ovulation on small follicle. What does this mean about my eggs/ ovaries? Having a wobble
Oh it's been a trial. Last month my cycle was cancelled due to COVID and this month, my bloods show I'm due to ovulate but follicle is only 12mm. I have been quite ill with Covid and pretty stressed getting ready to start a new job but was so hopeful to get this transfer done before Christmas but my

Natural cycle FET, my follicles are only 11mm on Day 16
Hi everyone, I'd love to hear from anyone who has done a natural cycle FET on how the whole process went. - How long is your average cycle? - How did your clinic decide the transfer day? We've decided to transfer our frozen embryo stored overseas this month, in a natural cycle, and I flew out and had

Just started NHS referral process for IVF / ICSI and looking for some advice
My partner (32M) and I (32F) have been trying for a year with no luck. He has been diagnosed with low morphology (1.5-3% over 3 tests). He has a very high count and normal progressive motility and my tests all came back fine, except for a small fibroid which the clinic said wasn’t an issue because of

FET coming soon
Hi beautiful people! And best of luck and baby dust to you all! After 4 years of silence on here following the arrival of our beautiful baby boy in 2019, we’re now embarking in a FET to give him a sibling with one of the 2 frosties we have left from the same fresh cycle. And of course I’m coming here

Failed first IVF... looking for hope and opinions on private funded IVF
After five years of trying, we finally got our first chance with IVF at Guy's hospital in London, NHS funded. I only had three eggs after retrieval, all fertilised but were frozen because I had fibroids. Two surgeries later, we finally had only one that survived the thaw and developed to an early embryo

7 day post FET, defeated
I went in to have my hormones check yesterday which made me 7 days after FET. my estradol was 504 and progesterone 60. They did a early Beta and it came back negative. I go back on the 8th which will make me 13 days Post FET. what is the likelihood that it will be positive. feeling pretty defeated right

*Sensitive* A bit of hope for those in need
After 7 years trying to conceive, 3 ICSI cycles, 7 embryo transfers ( including 2 doubles) , 1 MMC and 5 BFN, our baby girl finally arrived in the world on Sunday the 29th October. I just wanted to thank everyone in this forum for making me feel like I wasn't alone in this difficult journey. I don't

HELP..
hmmm so our first FET is booked for 9th Nov… I couldn’t be more thrilled, we have kept this quiet from almost everyone minus a few trusted very close friends due to wanting to have some control, and not having people asking questions and having less people to hopefully not have to manage their emotions

Progesterone withdrawal
I got a BFN yesterday after a medicated FET so have now stopped all medication. I’m feeling a bit weird, headachy etc. has anyone else experienced withdrawals after suddenly stopping progesterone and oestrogen? I was on two Lubion shots, two crinone gels and five progynova tablets a day.
