New episode
I often browse what others share but have rarely shared myself as I've been extremely settled health wise until last night! For context, I've had momentary palpitations for years but 2 years ago had an episode of AF with irregular heartbeat and needed a cardioversion to fix it. Since then I've been on

I’m so tired / spasm all over my body
I feel breathless , palpitations that won’t go away , left side pain (my chest shoulder neck and abdomen) , I just think of the worse everyday , thinking am gonna die , I have been to ER several times because of chest pain , my GP doesn’t know what’s wrong with me . Sent me to a physician who admitted

Amlodipine, Cough and flu symptoms
Hello all, Have been taking 5mg Amlodipine for a couple of months and no side effects and BP come down. But 3 weeks ago got a slight cough which wasn't too troublesome. However this week cough is much worse and I have chills as if I had flu. Also get some indigestion after eating. Anyone else had these

Ramipril 2.5 mg
In my previous post I mentioned being prescribed this on top of Felodipine and Doxasosin. Is it advisable to take all 3 at the same time, or should I separate them throughout the day?

Cardioversion
I have been diagnosed with Afib following a massive pulmonary embolism in April this year. Echo cardiogram shows no lasting heart damage ("surprisingly" the technician has put!) but all EKG tests show Afib present at all times. I am unaware of it, but I have to say I feel like I aged ten years following

How long does it take for the Amlodipine to settle Blood Pressure?
I posted something a couple of weeks ago and buried in the text was a question that I think I’m finding the answer to myself: How long does it take for the Amlodipine to settle BP and steady Palpitations or is this fluttering, anxious feeling going to remain? And I have found a good link specific to

My wife is on apixaban following an ablation a couple of years ago. She occasionally gets migraines - anyone know of any migraine tablets suitable for people taking apixaban, bisoprolol and amlodipine?

Vitamin D
Just wondering if it is ok to take vitamin D supplements with heart meds, or even to increase vitamin D rich foods. Currently take: Ivabradine, atorvastatin, losartan, aspirin, amlodipine, amitriptyline.

Amlodipine and Atorvastatin.
My cardio nurse prescribed amlodipine and atorvastatin for my SVT and AF. I read on the statin insert that it must not be taken if on amlodipine so I have not taken any. Does anyone here take these together?

Osteoarthritis knee pain eased
I have followed a similar path to many of painkillers and treatments. But two months ago I was so lucky to find some relief. And I can't put this down to any particular treatment or medication. Through a 24 hour day, and for different treatments, I take Glucosamine. Rivaroxaban. Amlodipine. Atorvastatin

PMG/Thyroid - Steroids
Two years ago I decided to have the shingles injection as having my twin grandchildren I didn't want to worry if they ever got chicken pox, etc. It wasn't until I was diagnosed with PMG did I investigate whether the shingles jab could have caused my PMG which developed a few months after the injection

Use of Kyolic garlic caps for hypertension control
My question is this: Anyone else has found that Kyolic garlic been beneficial is helping reduce their BP in any way? I have been on this for 4 weeks now, and it has reduced my BP from the high 190s over 100s over weeks to now the 130s over 70s. I have been on Candestar 16mgs daily for some time controlling
