Hi All. I have been diaognoised with Fibro and went to the pain clinic, they have suggested that my GP puts me on Tapentadol or Duloxetine
anyone had either of these and if so what side effects did you suffer. Any help would be very helpful. Thanks.

I have just started taking palexia sr (tapentadol) 50mg twice a day. I am really suffering with nausea now. Will this go away in time?
I have severe sciatic nerve pain caused by a herniated disc which is compressing the S1 nerve root. I have been off work since the beginning of January with no sign of being able to return anytime soon. My pain began in November 2012 but responded...

Has anyone had any experience with Tapentadol (Nucynta) or extended release tramadol?
I was wondering if anyone has taken
Tapentadol
(Nucynta) and gotten any relief from it (hoping maybe it would work for me, too, and not cause sleep apnea). Also, I was wondering if anyone has tried the extended release version of tramadol and, if so, how effective was it?

Writing things down while asleep!
I am normailly on a daily basis, a load of strong opiates for pain control (
Tapentadol
and Gabapentin). Apparently, cos I can't remember doing it, I was signing with my hands, the name of my son. The nurse looking after me brought me a pad and pen.

How good is tapentadol.
My wife has been prescribed
Tapentadol
50mg. Looking on the internet for how pain sufferers have found this drug was no use, most replies were from recreational users not genuine pain sufferers.Any comments

New painkiller - Tapentadol (palexia). Has anyone else tried this?
Hi all, I had a bit of a moan at the doctor earlier this week about how rotten Tramadol was making me feel and how I thought it was losing its effectiveness. She prescribed me this new drug to try (50mg every 4-6 hrs), it had to be ordered into the chemist because it is so new, but I wondered had anyone
