Tapentadol

today and he wants me to try Tapentadol tablet's but I'm worried about how they will affect my RLS. They still don't know whether the fracture is trapping nerves and I'm in despair over the waiting times and lack of care though I should be used to that by now! Is Tapentadol bad for RLS ?

Has anybody else tried Tapentadol for RLS ? Despite having , at last , persuaded the Pain Clinic Consultant to give me a month's trial for Buprenorphine tablet's, they are , still, considering giving me Tapentadol! I would be grateful for any input.

Our Pain Clinic have , absolutely, refused to give me the Buprenorphine tablet's and have written to my Dr. recommending Tramadol, which I can't take, Tapentadol or Morphine Sulphate.

My heart's working well but I walk funny and I'm addicted to Tapentadol. I don't want to grumble and whinge but I'm finding it extremely difficult to find even s small silver lining 😓

I have severe chronic pain, and I’ve tried lots of medicines (nortriptyline, amitryptyline, co-codamol, codeine, tramadol, tapentadol), I’m currently on gabapentin 400mg x 3 times a day. But still in SO much pain. So I went to a private doc who suggested lidocaine infusions.

Is anyone using Tapentadol to control their RLS .I have suffered with severe Restless legs syndrome for 52 years. The only medication that gives me relief now is opioid medication. Has anyone tried Tapentadol. It comes in slow release and immediate release. And starts at 50mg tablets.

He is also taking tapentadol 50 TDS(opioid ) and paracetamol 650mg tds for pain management as he was having pain in lower back since start .

He is also taking Tapentadol 50mg TDS and paracetamol 650mg TDS for pain palliative role. I am worried if this PSA response is not good enough as I am advised by doctor it should be below 1. Also regarding docetaxel cycles , 6 cycles are suggested as standard cycles.

All i need to ask for now is tapentadol to help me sleep or diazepam. The zopiclone they always give me puts me to sleep too fast so i dont take it should i just take more?

With my breathing being compromised I'm afraid to take tapentadol, it's the only thing I haven't tried, I hate having to take drugs but I'd do anything to sleep, I rarely drink coffee, which I love and I gave up alcohol which use to drive my rls mad, I really appreciate all the advice I've received here

I'm being moved off Buprenorphine Subs (0.2mcgs x 3 PRN daily) onto Tapentadol 50mg SR 2x daily and 50mg IR 2x PRN daily. Has anyone else made this transfer? I suffer from severe Lumbar/SI/Pelvic Pain after 3 fusions on my spine, plus Bursitis, and Cervical Spondylitis.

How do I get my GP to prescribe me Tapentadol in the UK? He said he'd never heard of it. I've been on Tramadol for 10 years and it no longer works as I've built up a tolerance. I tried Tapentadol online (I was desperate) and its perfect for my muscle and nerve pain.

After going up to 20ml of pred (once again ) with moderate relief my Dr suggested trying tapentadol to maybe help a little. Well I must say after maybe an hour I was almost pain free and stayed that way till around lunch time and was able to do some minor repairs around house.

Has anyone been prescribed tapentadol, for pain relief I have degenerative discs, and nerve impingement in lower back, waiting on injection,
