FND and St. John’s Wort
My doctor prescribed Cymbalta but my health insurance denied it. I looked for a natural antidepressant online and saw St. John’s Wort. Has this helped anyone with FND? Please tell us your experience!

According to a Briova Pharmacist, Sodium Phosphate IS allowed while taking Ibrance!
if you look on drugs.com, it will tell you that sodium phosphate has MODERATE interaction with Ibrance and not allowed. I called Briova Specialty Pharmacy today and they told me it was okay. The pharmacist just stressed NO st. john's wort or grapefruit! I also asked if I could have whatever I liked

St. John's Wort or Sodium Phosphate not to be taken with Ibrance!
Says so in this article. I don't take Wort, but fixing to start Ibrance, so reading more about it and I share pertinent info when I find it. Also, found that I can't have sodium phosphate with ibrance. Goodbye sliced ham and American cheese! God bless and heal us all in Jesus name, amen! https:/

Herbal supplements? Xanax? Esketamine?
I'm trying to find a supplement for my daily depression meds that work generally but then I'll hit a huge slump and would love an as needed med for those times. Obviously something to work with my psychiatrist on, but I would love to know what has been effective for you all. I ordered some St. John's

Natural remedies for anxiety and depression
Has anyone ever tried natural remedies for anxiety and depression? I have tried 4 different anti depressants and all seem to make me worse versus better. I also hate the side effects of weight gain, suicidal ideation, etc. I struggle with sleep every night also. Has anyone perhaps tried a vitamin

Extravert with OCD
Then my benefits got completely screwed up and I went on just
St
.
Johns
Wort
it worked for years. I was so happy that I thought I had a real manageable way of dealing with it. But it has lately lost it's effectiveness for me.

NDT help / where to buy.
Hi everyone was diagnosed with Hashimotos 10 years ago. I've been using Thiroyd from Thailand for last 2 years which seems to have been working OK but currently my symptoms have become a little worse. Just started having b12 shots every 3 months to see if matters improve. Also started taking St John's

Dic Carlson, Just wondering how you are doing...
Hey, Dic, Wondering if you have had any success or anything at least promising, in the various things you have been trying. I am recommending a book, by Julia Ross, called The Mood Cure. She has a full chapter (ch. 3) on serotonin and what the body uses it for, one of those many very important

For replacement, I have tried all the SSRI's, all the recommended vitamins and supplements such
St

, 5HTP, CBD Oil etc, I have tried eating the right foods, having a well balanced diet and have always exercised anyway but I have had no luck in getting anywhere near the relief I had whilst taking

Hypericum (St. John's Wort)
I have just been reading about homeopathic Hypericum and/or herbal St John's Wort extract for RLS. It is a well known remedy for anxiety/depression because of its action in calming the nerves. Apparently it can heal the inflammation of the nerves that produce RL symptoms. Has anyone tried it?

Herbal Remedies for Depression/Anxiety?
I've always been wary of pharmaceutical drugs, and heard a lot of good things about St. John's Wort and Ashwagandha, and am wondering if others have had success with theses alternative health remedies? Side effects? I have tried Ashwagandha, and felt less anxious taking it, but it is costly.

Your Medication And Supplements
Earlier this week there was a post where the issue related to the addition of turmeric as a supplement when taking anticoagulants. Interestingly around the weekend I got send a link from my old university (was one of the top polytechnics at the time) about a recent piece of research about taking supplements

Thyroid medication and St John's Wort
I used to take St John's Wort but I have been treated with an SSRI for 3 years. I am now coming off this and wondering whether to go back to the STW for a bit of support. I have seen comments that St John's Wort should not be taken with Thyroid medication. However on the Thyroid UK website it mentions
