Hey everyone,I have trouble tolerating thyroid meds despite trying different combos, even different NDT med types etc, while it hasn't been a problem before, it was smooth sailing on Armour and great increasing, until I crashed mid 2017. Currently on 2.375 gr Armour and 5 mcg Thybon t3. My salivary cortisol

Tongue / Graves disease
Can the thyroid affect the tongue? I was borderline again last time and have a blood test end of Feb due to be discharged if ok but I think as I keep being borderline they're not sure what to do with me. As to whether my body is naturally on borderline as I don't really get many of the symptoms Mild

Does this sound like endo?
I have had chronic pelvic/ lower back pain for the past 12 years, it flares up to the point where I can't do anything, but lay in bed and then after a few days to weeks it calms down to just the "usual pain/ache" and the cycle continues. I have been to see so many doctors and trips to A&E over the years

Advice please!
Hi all, I’m new here, but I’ll try to be as brief as possible! I’ve been treated for Hypothyroidism since 2004 ( diagnosed by the late, great Dr Gordon Skinner by my symptoms and not the biochemistry thankfully) All well for past 19 or so years, on T4 125ug and then T3 4 x 20ug added gradually 12

advice on results please!!
Hi, I recently had my bloods done with monitor my health on 10/01/24 and the results indicated low folate and thyroid levels not optimal. I then spoke to my GP but they dismissed the private tests and asked for me to have my bloods done again which I had done on 25/01/24 only because I got the appointment

DBS switch on news.
So gang. I was really off when I turned up, not having had meds for 4/5 hours? Whole body dystonia, plain awful. The switch on was good in terms of removing this dystonia but I think I was expecting a brand new body! Ali noticed a big difference when they dialled everything in. . So, my bradykinesia

New Consultant-Different Plan
Long story short- long battle to get diagnosis although received in 2019 and Hashimoto’s confirmed. After several attempts to stabilise on mono therapy I was lucky enough after several years of strife and illness to be allocated an endo who listened to me, took cortisol levels (low) addisons test (

New hyperthyroid diagnosis, no treatment as yet.
Hello kind people- thank you for reading. So I started the new year with a phonecall from my doctor informing me that indeed I wasn't peri-menopausal, but was infact suffering from hyperthyroidism instead. I'm guessing this was likely to have begun after giving birth to my last child in 2021 at the age

Hi everyone, hope you’re all having a good day! I wanted to ask for some guidance re my TSH and T4/T3 levels from you wonderful people as you always know more than the docs! So, my latest blood test in December (with the last meds taken 24hours before) shows TSH at 0.058uUI/ml (range 0.350-4.95)

Borderline Thyroid test
Hello everyone, Just looking for a bit of advice. Judging from these posts, I am not alone. I've been feeling pretty lousy for as long as I can remember. Irregular periods, hair falling out, cold sensitivity, tingly fingers and debilitating fatigue. The fatigue is the worst. I just want to crawl back

Thyroid-S Batch number 23T01004
I put this batch number into a search here, but nothing very recent came up. I have been taking Thyroid-S successfully for a number of years, 1.5 grains in the morning. My Free T4 is in the lower half of the range, around 14.9 (12-22) and FT3 around 5.5 (31.-6.8). I started this new batch on 28th December
