High T3 and T4
Low TSH points to hyperthyroidism. High T3 and T4 also point to hyperthyroidism. Your numbers aren't far off, however. Guarantee that my Dr. would be in agreement with your GP. I'd just wait and have it all retested in a few months. Also, I can tell you by experience, that anxiety could be causing

hi I’ve just had my latest thyroid panel results, numbers seem slightly better for antibodies but still higher than they should. Ft4 & Ft3 slightly higher than last time but still not optimal? B12 and vit D is a work in progress. Ferritin is edging out of optimal towards high end, not sure what this

Trialling T3 & T4 Low TSH
Hi i’ve been taking T4 for many years. Now taking 50mg of T4 & approx 8mg of T3. My latest blood test are back. I’m really worried my endo is going to stop me taking T3 when I am feeling much better. I’m aware of the fact that if you take T3 your TSH goes down, but he doesn’t! My results are above. Any

THS Levels
hi I have just had my annual thyroid blood test which has come back as 0.4 classed as normal. I am over 65 and taking 600mcg of levothyroxine over 7 days. My question is if my TSH levels are normal should I stop taking my meds or reduce my dosage? Grateful for any advice

I posted my daughters pre hysterectomy bloods in September and had some excellent advice. She has redone the blood tests and I still think the thyroid test results are strange. She has been on iron for 8 weeks. The first results are for September. And the second for

Relevance of TSH vs T3/T4
My TSH varies considerably: 1.5 to 3.1 in a number of NHS test but my T4 has been more consistent between 17.4 to 19.1. In two Blue Horizon tests:TSH 1.29 and 4.7 with T4 15 and 14.5 and T3 4.2 and 4.21. So fairly constant T3 and T4 but wildly varying TSH. These results all for 75mcg dose over almost

Need advice on these blood test results - wondering if it might be hypo, but Dr's all say numbers are fine.
I have just stumbled upon this site, and am hoping that you knowledgeable people can help me out.
The short story:
I'm undiagnosed, never been on any thyroid hormones. Feeling unwell for over 2 years - fatigue/tiredness, weight gain, hair loss (decreased hair density on scalp), loss of outer third

Bit confused, latest test results now on Erfa. Could I have an unstable thyroid??
Hi helpful thyroid community. I’ve been on Erfa now for 3.5 months I did another blood test Monday and just have results thru. I’m now taking 60mg very early morning and 30mg lunch time (so timing not ideal if this to keep away from eating!) The October test was just after I upped the doseage from original

1st results since starting Levo - dose advice and restarting IVF
Morning everyone 🙂 Yesterday I had my 1st endo follow up after starting Levo 6 weeks ago. Some of you may remember my IVF was abruptly cancelled when we discovered I was hashi hypo. I am shocked at the results in 6 weeks. Endo has advised to maintain 75 dose but I have swung a bit out of range

Advice on ‘normal’ test results
Hi I’ve recently joined and wanted some guidance on blood tests that my doctors are saying need no action. I went struggling with neck pain and neurological symptoms and they ordered full bloods. In the last two years I’ve gained a huge amount of weight, my face is puffy, and I’ve struggled with running

negative antibodies and Dx Hoshi
Is it unusual to be diagnosed with Hoshimoto with a negative antibody test? Clinical dx from Endo in 2019 after multiple TSH results over 4.0. Throughout the last 4 years I’ve started on Levo and now TSH is @1.70-2.0 consistently every 6 month. Currently on 100mg. not quite certain if Hoshi or just
