I eat at restaurants most days and I am checking out the sodium content of my favorite meals. Wow! I can't believe the sodium content. One entrée has enough sodium or more for the entire day. What is the best nutrition app where I can monitor sodium and protein?

Now I want to know the mechanism by which pain lowers sodium!
