Update and ideas!
I have been told it is due to tumour activity which causes slow motility which constipated me for which I take docusate
sodium
and occasional Laxido. My fluid intake is often questioned and if I’m honest I don’t drink enough water - mostly because it tastes horrid at the moment.

Hi, My IBS D is so bad at the moment. Somehow, I managed to get an urgent next day appointment with my NHS gastro (miracles DO happen!) He prescribed Questran Lite and said to try it for a while and see if it helps the D, to tell if I have BAM or not. (He said I could have a SeH-Cat Scan but he thinks

How do you manage low phosphorus diet?
For
sodium
, protein and potassium, those are easier to see from food nutrition info labels. How many of you are on a low-phosphorus diet? Do you comply to it regularly? How do you go about ensuring you are not consuming too much phosphorus?

overmedicated adrenals causing very high BP?
also increased the last couple of weeks - it was as low as 35.1 a few weeks back. today was 36.3. i recently added dhea and 5-htp to my adrenal support. i have cut my salt intake in my water a bit, but if my adrenals have improved then perhaps i need even less - my last bloods i posted on here showed

Yes, I have it but had to google how to spell it 🤪What a stupid way to write the word when your innards are falling out! Anyway, it started yesterday while at parents in law. I had driven a lot that day 5 1/2hrs and it was only half past two in the afternoon. Had a big late lunch then it immediately

His potassium,

and sugar levels are fine. Endecronologist put him on 5 mg of prednisone. He doesn't feel any different on it. He's now on it for 3 weeks. He says I felt fine before and feel same now. ( he can exercise, run, and do all school work ) .

Hi as title says im new here and currently undiagnosed. Looking for some advice please. I visited doctor last Thursday with what I thought were symptoms of IBS bloating, wind and really bad diarrhoea with some blood/mucus. Losartan and cough
My meds were changed from Candesartan to Losartan a couple of months ago after 3 years because of BP issues/low
sodium
. Since then I seem to have a constant throat rattle and wheeze and have to cough to clear it. Has anyone else had this on Losartan?

Best treatments for metastaic prostate cancer? (Non-hormone resistant)
I have seen various studies that show that xtandi in combination with docetaxol may work better than either of them alone. My grandfather will be undrgoing docetaxol treatment after many years of lupron and radiation. It now has metastisized to bone in lumbar region. There is also some swollen lymph
