Can you take sinemet and sertraline (Zoloft) together ?
Can you take them together or do they need to be spaced out. Hubby has been leaving a gap between sinemet and breakfast with his sertraline and vitamins but I’m wondering if he can take the sertraline at the same time as the sinemet to get it into him earlier in the morning. For a couple of weeks my mom was taking expired sinemet pills by mistake. She experienced more balance issues and tremors than normal for her. She threw out all the expired meds yesterday and has been back on non-expired meds since yesterday am. She says she is feeling better but not 100%. Could

Cold, sweaty tingly feeling after breakfast
Today after eating his breakfast at 9.45 my husband said he got a cold tingling sweaty feeling and had to lie down. He had his sinemet and uridine an hour or so before so I don’t think it was that. Do you have any idea about what that feeling might be? He thought it seemed like when you get a stomach

Profuse sweating.
I have found if I am late in taking my sinemet. Or forget to watch when or what I eat . The sweat literally drips off my face and hair. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

Wallowing in the Trough of Carbidopa and Benserazide
I hesitate to even start a thread that is heresy to many, many PD sufferers, many self proclaimed pharmacologists/biochemists on this forum and many of their physicians as well. It is all about a couple of PD drugs that can go very deadly if used inappropriately. Please realize, if you can do so, that

Rytary
My doc thinks I might have better success with Rytary than with Sinemet, which brought on a lot of foot contortion and rigidity. Have you tried Rytary? If so, what was your experience?

Just a little about me, diagnosed June 2016, started with sinemet 100mg three times a day, now three years later meds look like this. Sinemet 250mg four times a day, requip 2mg once daily extended release. Having problems with dyskinesia, bad leg and foot cramps, will be seeing a new neurologist in October
