Expired Sinemet

For a couple of weeks my mom was taking expired sinemet pills by mistake. She experienced more balance issues and tremors than normal for her. She threw out all the expired meds yesterday and has been back on non-expired meds since yesterday am. She says she is feeling better but not 100%. Could the sinemet being expired make it not as potent or effective?

Probably not..... unless it was like 10 years and the pills were left out of the container. What did the pharmacy say >

Its a shame that she threw out all of those pills. They were perfectly good. According to the FDA, for the most part, Drugs don't expire

This is just another scam by the pharmaceutical manufacturers, in order to sell more drugs, which people are easily duped into believing. And once they believe it, like taking a placebo, the people's bodies often respond to what they believe is true. Wake up, people! Use your mental powers to heal yourselves, rather than to becoming the victims of scams.
