Mine have spread rapidly and it causes distress. I'm taking Ropinerole 5 mg, Sinemet 25-100 four times daily. Nothing seems to help much.... Any new treatments around?

Put thiamine and/or vitamin B1 in the search window. There are several good threads about it. It is the only thing that has provided clear, definite benefit to some people. There are indications (Feedback from individuals and organizations) that it helps from 25% to 50% who tried it. Didn't help me any, but I still inject 1 mL every 5 days anyway because a probably slows the progression, although there is no way to know that for sure.

Good luck.

I should not have said it is the only thing that helps people. Obviously, a lot of things help a lot of people. I should've said it seems to help a larger percentage of the people more significantly than a lot of other stuff.

High dose thiamine plus celery seed extract. For more on the latter see my writing here:

Sinemet and amantadine did NOT help me with tremor so I cut the first to 2x100/25 a day and stopped taking the second. Thiamine HCL helped somehow but the dosage is very important. Also it seems the pulse bracelet is helpful but they did not make a reliable one, yet.

Amantadine helps me a little, noticeable maybe 50-75% effective. I also take B1 500mg twice a day with other supps.

I feel more alert and have more clear mind after I stopped amantadine. How many pills a day are you taking and after how much time did you feel the results?

If you were to describe your tremor, would you say that it's strong & forceful, or that it's usually weak & fluttery? Tremor from PD and "ticcing" caused by L-dopa meds are often confused with each other. If it's ticcing caused by meds, increasing the L-dopa won't help and would probably worsen it.

I would say weak and fluttery. Not on LDopa yet, but feel soon as I’m becoming rigid, slowly though it may be. When I walk or do any exercise or after for that matter I tremor. Any stress and especially standing still will bring on right side including legs, arms, etc. amantadine has definitely helped as I’ve stopped quite a few times and tried to reduce dose but tremors increased substantially. I’m on 100 mg twice a day morn and afternoon.

I was taking 2 25/100 CL four times a day. I recently added .125 mg Mirapex 3 times a day and it helped for a couple of months and I bumped the Mirapex to 5 times a day this week. Tremor is still breaking through at times. I have been diagnosed for about 4 years and have had to increase meds every 6 to 8 months. Each time, I would experiment by adding a half 25/100 CL to see if it calmed my tremor. If it did, I would asky Dr. If I could increase my prescription. Try adding a half a pill to see if the tremor calms down.

Mucuna seems to help the tremor I have. Also cannabis. And Valerian for internal tremor.
