I was told to go to the brompton for tests for
sildenafil
. Hospital transport at 5am, they sat me in a chair and measured my blood pressure once an hour. Nice lunch though. They tried again with macitentan. After some fuss i sat in a chair in chichester and had my blood pressure monitored.

Seeking Professionals: Sexual Health
I am mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy fourteen months after robotic prostatectomy -- and want more guidance on regaining erectile function without the present reliance on pills (
sildenafil
), vacuum pumps, and primarily injections (Trimix, which is quite effective for me).

Inflection Point?... ED Strategy
Today, an experimental solo session after taking 40mg
sildenafil
. To my surprise -- a firm erection which I worked to completion. The end-point seemed more pleasurable than with Trimix. That said, what's the recommendation going forward? Keep taking the daily 20mg
sildenafil
?

Progress after 9 months
It's about $2 per injection for Trimix, and the 100mg
Sildenafil
is about $8. Erection quality is much, much better with Trimix.

ED Management: Trimix vs Sildenafil
I have opted to forego
Sildenafil
on days I inject Trimix (about 3 times a week). Is Trimix a replacement for
Sildenafil
with regard to penile tissue health?

Newbie facing cardiac catheterization
I get a little bit of indigestion/heartburn with
sildenafil
use (=viagra - day after), but otherwise I had not/have not been noticeably a heartburn or GERD sufferer.

Ed and lack of sensation during intercourse
For a while i was prescribed pde5 inhibitors, such as Viagra/
sildenafil
and Cialis/tadalafil, but those did not work. Eventually I was prescribed bimix (similar to trimix) and that solved my ed problem, at least in part.

Experience with Systemic Sclerosis and acupuncture?
Currently I am on
Sildenafil
(25-50mg per day). I am thinking of trying acupuncture to help with the blood circulation in my hands and would be interested to hear if anyone has had any experience with that in relation to Raynauds / SSc. Thanks

Raynaud's - open sore and general confusion!
The rheumatologist then prescribed me
sildenafil
, and again I did not see any benefit from this either. As the weather warms up, the symptoms lessen until autumn rolls around... and this is kind of the roundabout I've been on for the last few years!

Raynaud's, Looking for advice.
The 1st specialist started to doubt his diagnosis after lack of success with medications; Amlodipine Nifedipine Losartan Felodipine Iloprost

Conquering ED
I take 5mg
sildenafil
at night. The 25mg "challenge dose" is totally ineffective. I stimulate blood flow to my penis every day (sometimes multiple times a day). Manual stimulation gets me to approx 50% firmness, 90% of length (pre-surgery), 100% girth.

First Post: MCTD and Raynaud's
For Raynaud's I've tried losartan (made me too dizzy) and
sildenafil
(caused face flushing, headache, nausea without helping the actual Raynaud's). Now I've just become used to wearing gloves at work, wearing double socks to bed, and using heated hand warmers if I'll be outside in the cold.

Raynauds Pain control
My rheumatologist said he isnt sure if it is or not due to lack of success with treatments; amlodipine, nifedipine, losartan, felodipine, fluoxetine (trial),
sildenafil
, iloprost and I'm trying naftidrofuryl at the minute with no success so far.

Update on Erythromelalgia Getting Worse
Amongst other things, we talked about the recommendation to try
Sildenafil
again and she prescribed it for me; 25mg daily at first but I haven't yet had the courage to start it: my EM flared badly last time.

Today's Rheumy Appt: Wish You'd Been There! 👍⭐️🌈
Sildenafil
was a no-go for me because of my low BP. I'm going to give Trental (Pentoxifyline) 400mg modified release 2 x day a go. It's a peripheral vasodilator, but there's a slight chance it might be another no go because of my BP.

Looking for advice please
I have tried and been on a combination of Methotrexate, mycophenolate, hydroxychloroquin (maximum dose), prednisolone, IV Epoprostenol infusion, amlopodene,
sildenafil
(maximum dose) and currently cannabis oil. I have yet to find an effective medication that combats all of the symptoms.

Sildenafil and insurance breakthrough
I don't know how many of you may have been prescribed
Sildenafil
(generic Viagra) after prostate surgery. I had surgery in January 2018 and have been on
Sildenafil
and am happy with the results. Amazingly I just got it approved via Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ.

Piper going strong
The oncologist and surgeon's offices both recommended a small dosage of
Sildenafil
or Cialis for blood flow; however, the surgeon said that since these work on nerves and the nerves were resected with the surgery, the meds are a waste of money.
