Prostap and blood pressure
Hi Everyone Just looking for some advice. I have just had my third prostap, things going well except joint pain, so asked for the Tibolone and started taking that four days ago. When I went for my prostap injection on Friday I asked for my blood pressure to be checked - - as not had it done for years

Switching from Tibolone to standard HRT
I’ve actually posted this in the Menopause Community but realised you guys seem to mention Tibolone more. I was on Prostap injections with Tibolone as some add-back HRT. I then had a hysterectomy, so I am now moving from the Tibolone (which I’ve read helps your body to make oestrogen/progesterone) onto

Round 2 heartbreaking egg collection...
Hi IVF warriors I felt I should share my heartache and ask for advice as only you strong ladies can understand. Following a cancelled round 1 I went ahead with an NHS round 2. Two prostap injections and twelve days of maximum allowed dose mixed stims later I produced 3 follicles. I guess you could

Slow transit constipation
Hi there, Calling all sufferers, and wanted to ask what works for you and if senna is the only thing that gets things moving for you? I have been suffering with slow transit constipation since having my daughter with a c-section. I’m pretty sure it was the stomach surgery that’s caused it. I’ve spent

Abdominal lump, no answers, adhesions pelvic pain
Hello, So, as you can see, I have this right side lump that comes & goes. Mainly there in the morning. Rarely can see it during day/night. Tender to push on throughout the day. I can feel it tighten and release. Had CT scans and ultrasound (internal too) bloodwork, everything is completely normal

Help and advice☺️
Hi everyone, I’m 19 years old, but have been suffering for 10 years now and was eventually diagnosed with Endometriosis earlier this year after pushing for it for so long, even though on my paperwork from the doctors it says I was diagnosed in 2014 after my laparoscopy, which we weren’t told until this

Advice for progressing treatment
Hi, I’m new to this and to endometriosis. I was only diagnosed due to having an emergency c-section in December 2020 despite over 15 years of suffering. What did it take/how did you get proper support from your GP? Mine keeps giving me different pills none of which work or even help but they won’t do

Fed up
My GP suspects I may have ibs or coeliac diesease , however I've not had an official diagnosis for either and my dr also said they are not doing blood tests for coeliac for atleast another month due to covid. I've not been sleeping well (literally only had 3 hours) and then had a bout of diarrhoea and

Hi Everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me. I feel like I’m finally getting somewhere with regards to my treatment which I’m very positive about but I’m having the 3 month prostap injection and wondered how anyone was with it? Did it help the pain and bleeding? We’re your side effects bareable? Do you

I can't believe after this extremely long journey that my husband and I have finally brought home our little miracle, her name is Lyra born by emergency c section 18th August, she didn't want to wait for normal birth. The support from everyone here has been priceless and couldn't have got through it

Hi all, my disease confuses me and I still don’t understand it. Can you help advise or respond with your experience? First Lap, no endo visible.
Hey guys, me again. Long post incoming.. I had my first 'diagnostic laparoscopy' today 13th Aug and as stated in my previous post I was worried they wouldn't find anything because of being on the Prostap injection for 6 months and not having a flare up since November 2020 and period since May 2021.

Why isn’t body identical progesterone (Utrogestan) used to treat endometriosis? Surely it could help & less side effects than synthetic.
I’ve been wondering about this for a while. With the theory being that oestrogen stimulates endometriosis and progesterone suppresses it, why have I only ever been put on synthetic forms of progesterone? I’ve been on the contraceptive pill, depot provera, Mirena coil and Prostap injections. All of them

First Lap after Prostap Injections.
Hey guys, I'm due my first Lap on Friday 13th August and I'm a little worried they won't find anything as I had been on Prostap for 6 months (2x the 3 monthly injections). I came off this in May, I had a period 2 days afterwards but nothing since - not a flare up which I usually get the week before

Gnrh injection reactions
Hi just after some advice and to see if anyone else has had this problem before. Had my second 3 monthly dose of prostap yesterday. The doctor who administered the injection wasn't my usual, I usually see the nurse. To start with she could not get the powder to melt in the syringe, then she couldn't

Small fiber neuropathy?
I went to a neurologist yesterday to see why I keep going numb in various places. He did a non needle EMG test and he said my nerves are fine. But I still have numb, burning feet, and numb sensations from my c-section site up and down. I asked about getting further testing to prove I have pernicious
