First monthly Prostap injection - side effects two weeks in…
Hi lovely people! Not really a question, but let me know if your experience was similar to mine… Had my first monthly Prostap injection at my GP surgery two weeks ago. Got told I could choose between arm, thigh & buttock for an injection site, so opted for arm. Painless injection and didn’t give me

Small baby, induction at 39 weeks? Any experiences?
Hi all, been a while since I posted anything as my IVF pregnancy after the initial issue’s early on has been pretty ‘easy’ and straight forward. Just looking for mama’s that might have had similar experiences to what is going on with me? 2 weeks ago I had a growth scan as my bump was measuring 2-3 weeks

How much would 7 days of buserelin roughly cost?
Hello, I am potentially going to need to add Buserelin into my next cycle to keep me down regulated. It wasn't planned because my ERA is having to be repeated because there was too much tissue and not enough medium in the sample so the tissue wasn't testable when it got to the clinic... But that's

Endo specialist giving advice of "have a baby" or "loose weight" - SO frustrated!
Hi All, Back in April I had a very sudden laparoscopy (from the cancellation list of a
general
gynae) which resulted in no findings whatsoever, with the surgeon saying afterwards "it's probably just IBS, you don't need to see gynaecology anymore". You can imagine how much of a shock this was

Big baby
Hi everyone, hope everyone is well ❤️ it's been a while since I've been on. I'm now just over 36 weeks and have been told that baby boy is measuring big. At 35 weeks they estimated him at 7lbs 😳 due to big scan measurements for his head and belly in particular I've been testing for gestational diabetes

life after laparoscopy - expectations
i was just wondering what things are like after a laparoscopy to remove endo ? i know pain wise it takes a few months while you heal to feel the benefit of that & for the last few months i have been lucky i’ve had bareable pain (but i think this was due to a prostap injection during a round of IVF)

progesterone pill - pain and bleeding
Hi I’ve been aware I’ve had endo since 2016 when I was 35 and starting to try for a baby. My left ovary had a large cyst on it that had to be surgically removed. Other than that I was told I had mild endo at that point. It the took me a further three years to conceive (two failed ivf’s) and I naturally

Hi. I am preparing for a constructed cycle fet. I had the prostap injection on day 22. My cycles are 24-26 days. Very rarely a little longer. I had already started spotting for two days when I got the injection. My pattern these last few months is spotting for about four to seven days before my

Incredibly heavy period following biopsy, just a coincidence?
Hello! So I had my ERA, ALICE and EMMA Biopsy on 24th August, I stopped my medication on the Friday evening because I needed to make sure I had the Prostap before cycle day one. So I was spotting following the biopsy and my period arrived on Sunday 28th August, and it has been horrifically heavy

Donating at age 35, active female
Hi there! I'm looking to get in contact with someone similar to myself... another active, healthy female (I'm a runner, hiker, etc) who donated around the age of 35 (the age I will be at time of potential donation). I'm curious how long ago you donated and what your experience was like. Did you

Help! No period Prostap!
I had my injection on CD 21, which was 14 days ago. After 10 days I contacted the fertility clinic who said they were not concerned that I hadn’t bled. I’m now 14 days post injection, my period is 7 days late. Has anyone else's bleed been this delayed?? I’m starting to think I may be the odd one out
