Going home
Hello all, I am going home bone biopsy ok 👌🏼 so they will get haematology to come see me. Who will give me instructions. I won’t be leaving until late afternoon so just a little longer here. I was told I was going back with new drugs - I think this was what they said. https://www.macmillan.org.uk

Do I need a laparoscopy?
My aim is not to have surgery if I can avoid it as I’ve heard it can make it worse by leaving more
scars
, and I believe it can be controlled for now, but I want an actual diagnosis if I’ve not been given one? I’d appreciate any help anyone can offer me please! Thank you, Natalie x

Pregnant very soon after laparoscopy - happy but worried about stretching womb where surgery took place!
I feel in good health now and my external
scars
have healed super well and are barely visible, but i'm hoping that the inside has healed too, having anxiety that it will damage my womb in some way when it stretches :/

Hormonal Acne Returned After a Year
Less than two months later my skin was completely clear (save for the acne
scars
, which gradually started to fade). I would sometimes get a few pimples during my period but nothing compared to my previous breakouts.

Scar healing?
Here’s a photo of my scar, 10 days post operation. It looks like is hasn’t crusted over and they’re gaps in it. Welcome your thoughts?

Episiotomy scar
Hi Everyone, just wondered if anyone has been referred to gynaecology for a painful episiotomy scar? I did have a rather traumatic birth which was complicated by a postpartum haemorrhage and since then my scar has been painful (10 months after giving birth!) 😞 My GP has been fantastic and has recommended

Laparoscopy surgery, menstrual cycle and pregnancy
I had a laparoscopy about 8 weeks ago. I got my period a week following surgery, which I was due for them at that time. I was due last week for my period, and I have been spotting for the last week. Very little spotting, but I have had it for basically the 6/7 days. My partner and I have been trying

What school is like when you have a birthmark on your face by 15-year-old Ruyuan
When I was very young my parents decided to get it surgically treated but that left other
scars
and that’s why it looks the way it does. I first realised I looked different to others when I was in primary school.

scar tenderness
Hi all, greetings! Would sure appreciate your input - my debulking surgery was 15 months ago. Chemo finished 8 months ago. This passed week I’ve noticed parts of my scar are tender to the touch - especially at the top end of the long scar and above. Have any of you had similar this long after surgery

Appointment with the Practice Nurse
wait at least 6 weeks before the sternum has healed and I can drive Then it is 8 weeks before "light work" and then 12 weeks for a "full recovery" It has not been easy finding a comfortable sleeping position but not too bad either and again there are painful times Otherwise there are various healed

Physical Therapy & Yoga - you can improve your balance.
Luckily I’m old enough that the
scars
now blend in to some wrinkles. 😄 The last catastrophic fall almost took out an eye. I have a lovely scar through my right eyebrow to remind me of it every day. This fall scared me into trying to do something about my crappy balance.

Propafanone
Trying to come off the Flecainide and try Propafanone. Surgery say either Nebivolol or Propafanone not both. Is that right?
