Has anyone experience of Ospemifene
Hi I am interested to hear of anyones experience of taking the oral tablet Ospemifene and does it help with atrophy. Is it available in the UK? I am unable to use vagifem and estriol; the discharge burns and causes so much discomfort. I am due to see a pelvic floor dermatologist in a couple of days

Hate my appearance
I have a scar on my forehead from 14 stitches. I fell by the pool several summers ago. I even had a scar revision, but it still looks like a visible indent on my forehead. A teenage boy asked me why I have a "line" on my forehead, and I cried so much afterwards :( I cover it with clear medical tape

A Message to Bernadette
The
scars
running up and down her arms. I donāt know how I missed it before. It must have been the way the sunlight hit her armsāit made it impossible not to notice. The light lines indenting her skin...She took her pizza and left. ...And Iām pissed. Iām so mad. Iām so mad I could scream.

It was a magical visit, while the
scars
of war were visible everywhere (it was obvious that the USA had deliberately bombed the Chinese embassy), the people seemed to have decided not to dwell on it. Because there were few foreigners there, the people treated us like old friends.

Circumcision
Can see the stitch
scars
around the incision. Also frenulum still seems to tear which was the main cause of the op but urologist left it intact but removed the foreskin. Anyone think this looks like a botched job?

Covid-19 and acute kidney injury in hospital: summary of NICE guidelines.
Acute kidney injury (AKI), a sudden reduction in kidney function, is seen in some people with covid-19 infection. A subset of patients develop severe AKI and require renal replacement therapy (RRT). As in many settings, the development of AKI is associated with an increased risk of mortality. Although

Hmmmm.... Unsure about recent consultation. Feeling rubbish š¤š„
I was seen in the emergency gynae clinic last week for multiple gynae issues but scan normal. Phew !! This really is all I went for but the doctor I saw really upset me. After giving me the good news about my scan, she then followed with (very abruptly) 'do you want more children?' I said yes as this

Anyone's uterus adhered to abdominal wall?
I've been told that on a few occasions by consultants and that it showed on ultrasound. When I have complained to doctors of this lump on the left of my C-section scar they have said that its just my uterus stuck. However i am not entirely convinced. Because its way too low and right at the front.

polyhydramnios - too much amniotic fluid?
Hello, Just got back from a 32 week growth scan (booked in because babyās been measuring above 95th percentile) and have been told I have polyhydramnios. Iāve been asked to go back tomorrow to repeat my glucose tolerance test which I previously passed about 7 weeks ago and have been told Iāll be induced

Thoracic syrinx on my spine
Can I ask anyone, how serious is a thoracic syrinx on your spine, I'm really worried that the syrinx will stop me from having spinal cord stimulator operation to help with my neuropathy in my feet

Picking problem
My parents started noticing that more picking
scars
or picking redness would show up when Iām stressed. And then with time, it migrated to picking bumps on my scalp since it was a lot less noticeable. I think I go through periods of picking frenzies. Sometimes itās associated with stress.
