Remeron

I was recently prescribed Abilify as an additional anti-depressant to go along with my normal medications (Prozac, Remeron). While it has definitely helped stem away the dark moments or really deep depressive spells, I've noticed a big change in my personality.

I have had 4 rituximab infusion and each time I have had a reaction. The first time time they had to stop the infusion because I had reached the max of Benadryl and Demerol. I recently started back on Lexapro after weaning off Remeron; TERRIBLE transition. Insomnia, gas, but now also anxiety, so even if I CAN sleep, I wake up anxious and can't stay in bed even though I'm exhausted. Anyone else having this reaction? I'm taking 4mg, thinking of going up to 5mg.

Hi. My now defunct GP had referred me for this scope and I really didn't expect to hear back from the surgeon, however, they called and I'm scheduled for this Thursday, April 6th. He was put on klonopin to help with rigidity in his trunk muscles and eventually given trazodone and remeron for insomnia.

😅 I had been taking 30mg of Remeron (Mirtazapine) and started at 20mg of Latuda (lurasidone HCL). I decreased Remeron from 45 to 30 with no problems to decrease the impact on my digestive system problems. Then, increasing Latuda to 40mg and decreasing to 15mg of Remeron to help me sleep.

Has anyone here had a hard time with Remeron? I've left a message for my psychiatrist. Still waiting for a call back.

Now he wants me to Add Remeron 15mg to the Cymbalta. I’m also on High-Blood pressure meds too that Remeron may interact with and cause lower BP. Anyone else taking Remeron (mirtazapine) with Cymbalta (duloxetine)? What had you tried before? Comments, concerns or advice? Thank you,

I take 15 mg of Miirtazapine under my tongue every night at bed time. It causes my tongue, lips & mouth to go numb. It's like having novacaine at the denntists. Does anyone else experience this? Thank you

I’ve been on a new combination of meds - Effexor and Remeron for the past 5 days. I take Ativan for the nervousness I feel all day. Idk if anyone can relate… but when I wake up - I look fwd to going to bed. Pretty pathetic huh? Im trying my best to get out of bed and join my family.

Has anyone had success with increasing Remeron 30 mg to 45 mg. I am currently on 30 mg and thinking about increasing to 45 mg. I took this medicine last year and it worked great. I weaned off but eventually had to get back on it and I feel it’s not working as good as it did the first time

I've always been a night owl and before I was put on a drug called Remeron, I found it incredibly difficult to keep a schedule. I'd lay awake in bed daydreaming about things for up two hours before getting frustrated and just trying to wear myself out.

Hello all. I have tapered from 30mg to 15mg since 2 days. I am having insomnia, I have slept for 9 hours in 2 days. I know this is not enough sleep, but surely I can't sleep more than a few hours and I wake up to any noise. Should I increase my dose to 22.5mg instead of 15mg? Please share your thoughts

I’ve been sick for about a month now and I thought for a bit it was side effect of a med remeron so I went off it recently I’m always nauseous and very drained get chills and headaches and body aches also really stuffy nose.

So ever since I went on Paxil I gained then Remeron I gained a lot of weight. For a while I didn’t much care because I was happy anyway. Well now I really care, and I’m depressed.

Using Remeron now but liked the way the SSRI made me feel?

I am managed with Gabapentin, Remeron , Dexadrine and Xanax. This is quite exhausting at best. I would like to explore something totally different like Aryuveda because I have not been responsive to traditional medications. Has anyone had experience with help from alternative treatments?
