After going to the optometrist once again (3rd time) a few days ago I was told that my eyes were fine despite seeing wavy/bent lines and other distortions. The optometrist said "at this stage it is okay" and "come back in a year or two" without mentioning any Drusen or something wrong with my macular

First post
Hi all, This is my first post as I'm a newbie here. I was diagnosed last year with liver cirrhosis due to alcohol abuse. Since being abstinent for over a year now I no longer have ascites and life is pretty good. However, I don't know anyone else with this condition and sometimes feel like I have a death

Fatty liver
A recent blood test gave these results: AST48; ALT 43; GGTP 787. I've been over-drinking for a couple of months - job loss sent me into a depression. I haven't had a drink since I got this result (10 days), and the doctor says the damage is reversible: moderately fatty liver, no scarring, gall bladder

GGT level
I have recently abstained from drinking alcohol and find that I do not miss it. I have had a blood test to see if I have any problems. They came back clear, but I would like advise on my GGT level. My GGT result came back as, 35iu/L [<73.0] Please can anyone advise as whether this is good or bad?
