Has anyone with TP53 changes been diagnosed with Li-Fraumeni Syndrome?
I know TP53 plays a role in diagnosing and treating CLL, but I also found that Li-Fraumeni and TP53 are related. I was wondering if anyone here has been tested and diagnosed with Li-Fraumeni as well as CLL. Here is additional information on Li-Fraumeni: https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases

Overthinking? OR Imagination Running Wild?
Over the past few years, likely due to numerous (negative) human interactions and/or decisions or events imposed upon me, I often find myself visualizing the worst possible outcome of a future situation. Not in an immobilizing, "worrying" way, but just negative. I believe I began subconsciously doing

How long will I need ADT?
Start 37 sessions of

6 Weeks after end of radiotherapy -- Still having problems! - Comments please
Finished radio therapy, 20 sessions on lung, 1st December. I'm still very weak, sleeping during the day , try to go for a walk every morning but can only do about 0.8 of a mile. Are these normal reactions? Any ideas as to full recovery times?

Treatment prognosis
First, a bit of background. I'm 74 years old, and in March 2021, after an MRI and biopsy, I was diagnosed as having T3b prostate cancer with involvement of the left seminal vesicle, Gleason 7 (4 + 3) ISUP group 3, PSA 11. The Radiation Oncologist told me that treatment was going to be 6 months Zoladex

Living with a Diagnosis
radiotherapy
with which, because of my engineering and technical background, I was fascinated. No side effects other than increased fatigue and a sun-burned chest.

Time to radiation treatment
Hi Everyone, In May 2020, my PSA was undetectable and CT and bone scans showed small lesions in a regional lymph node (I am on Lupron, Zytiga, and had chemo). Since last August my PSA has increased slightly from .03 in Aug, .05 in November, and .06 last December. Because the increase in PSA was small

Norway Study- nonselective beta-blocker use at the time of radical prostatectomy (RP) may reduce the risk for prostate cancer recurrence
“With the high volumes of RPs being performed, even a small delay in the need for further hormonal therapy and
radiotherapy
after surgery would justify an interventional study to identify a potential causality between [nonselective beta-blocker] use and prostate cancer recurrence,” Dr Taskén’s team wrote

Biochemical Recurrence: Radiation
My husband was diagnosed in Aug. 2020. Biopsy showed Gleason 9 with 3 cores positive. He had hormone therapy shots for 3 months, then a prostatectomy in Feb. 2021. Now his PSA has risen to .4 so he was put on hormone therapy (Orgovyx) and they want to start radiation. It is called biochemical recurrence

RLS controls my life
I’ve also had breast cancer2019/2020 with surgery and
radiotherapy
. I am so very scared to take this next step. I totally refuse to do it on my own like last time. I need some support from somewhere. I don’t feel strong enough at the moment mentally or physically.
