LEVOTHYROXINE 50 MG AND FERROUS FUMARATE 210 MG X 2
She took
Psychosis
after having no previous illness apart from the thyroid problem and tiredness and anxiety. I know that
Psychosis
can be caused by an underactive thyroid and not getting the right amount of hormone but they still won't move the iron tablet to a different time.

Was it psychosis or clinical depression?
I feel like there is this huge grey area for the term "
psychosis
". I never detached from reality only in derealization from the huge amounts of anxiety I had...which happened occassionally before PPD also. Could it possibly be clinical depression with psychotic features? Or true PPD?

That article seems to indicate that they think the
psychosis
effect might be dopamine related? I’m curious if any of you have taken topamax and may have noticed these symptoms.

Concerns about medication
His doctor has prescribed Quillichew ER and I am extremely concerned about the list of possible side effects (
psychosis
, allergic reactions, heart problems). My husband is completely against medication and thinks he's just "going through a phase".

psychosis
. I haven’t been able to work since. I feel like the chest tightness is worse. I feel like each time I take a breath something is pulling inside of my chest . It hurts terribly .

New Here --- Hello. :)
Psychosis
is gone (woot!!!!!!) --- however, anxiety is starting up again. I'm wondering about others' experiences with different benzodiazepines. Currently the one i take is Tranxene (clorazepate).

A second child after post partum psychosis?
Hi... I had pp after my daughter was born in 2013. It was horrific and left my husband and I in a very delicate state for many years, especially as we previously lost a child to Edward's Syndrome. My daughter and I want me to have another baby but my husband isn't keen. It's been nearly 5 years and I'm

Could psychosis be an autoimmune disease?BBC IPLAYER
Of Oxford University has done a small study with patients that presented with
psychosis
- hearing voices, visual hallucinations, paranoia etc. She tested their blood and found anti bodies that were attacking the patients’ immune System ( sorry for the poor scientific explanation PMRPro).

Lithium in late pregnancy
Hi everyone 👋 My doctor has suggested taking lithium and haloperidol from 7 months pregnancy, to reduce the risk of PP. I was up for it, but now I’m 20 weeks I’m starting to feel differently. I’d prefer to take haloperidol and start lithium after the birth. I understand that Lithium means I can’t

Depression
I still do not know if I had
psychosis
, but without a doubt my depression was beginning to have psychotic features due to the wrong medication. I assumed meds would make it all just go away but unfortunately I'm still experiencing waves of depression and hopelessness :(

HRT
Hi, has anyone been prescribed HRT for postpartum
psychosis
? I have been advised to see a professor in London who recommends this instead of anti psychotics and any depressants medication? Interested in your thoughts. X

Sister with PP and depression at home
Hello to all of you, amazing warriors! I am very grateful to all of you, who have the courage to share experience with this awful disease and help others. My sister lives in Somerset, UK and had been diagnosed with PP 12 days after giving birth of a beautiful baby boy. At the beginning of December
